How to copy and paste reatune fx section of a track

I have been able to get the Reatune corrections to move now, but how do i get them to line up with the tune in the new item. I am getting them all to go to :02 seconds and that is not where the tune is. I haven't been able to put the corrections on the correct position in the new item. Any ideas on this part?
